Pricing and Services

Employees

Check with your employer to establish what portion of your monthly premium they will cover.  Some employers provide 100% coverage due to the direct care low pricing of Home Call Nurse.

Employers

Average coverage cost is $100 per month, per employee. Family members may also be added at the same monthly cost per person.

Services Provided

The flat rate membership cost includes all visits and services provided. Anything that you would see a primary care provider for, Home Call Nurse also covers. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Routine wellness exams
  • Fever
  • Sore throat
  • Minor wound care and injuries
  • Sports physicals
  • Chest conditions
  • Skin conditions
  • Prescription maintenance

*Vaccines aren’t included but are available for free at the health department.  Home Call Nurse does offer vaccines at “cost”.  Vaccines cost on average $450 each.

FAQs

Yes. Children of employees with family coverage vaccines can be administered right in your home. Vaccines are expensive, often the health department is the best source for vaccines which are free.

Absolutely. Your provider will complete a full assessment and determine what medications may be appropriate. They can even send prescriptions electronically to your local pharmacy before they leave your home.

Yes, the providers will manage refills.

When you request an appointment, Home Call Nurse dispatches a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to your home.  They are medically qualified to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medications if needed. At Home Call Nurse, we believe in personalized health care. Each group will be assigned a specific provider, so that you know your provider, and they know you.

Home Call Nurse is a membership based program and does not bill or participate in any insurance programs.

No, we cover all areas where we have membership contracts with employers

No. Home Call Nurse simply connects you with independent Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants who come to your home or work and attend your health care needs.  If you sign up, you or members of your family become patients of the Practitioner, not Home Call Nurse. Home Call Nurse works with local insurance agencies to establish the relationship with the employer and collects all monthly membership cost on behalf of the providers. A portion of the membership goes to the insurance agent, Home Call Nurse, and the provider.
